DeleteZone just allows you to use your full potential and you focus on everything on the court. Midorima can't do Formless shots because his shooting form is very textbook and he takes longer to shoot a full-court than he does a normal three.
DeleteWith that being said, I believe if Midorima were to enter the zone, he would simply just be faster in shooting. Yes shooting those long three pointers requires power from his dominant hand and his entire body. Achieving this would be easier because you are faster in the Zone and gain shooting power additionally from that speed.
Then again this is my opinion. Reject, agree... I don't care
Easy. Midorima can shoot three-pointers without even being on the court. He can do it from the next street over, even the next city. How he would even get the ball I don't know, but this guy would probably be shooting baskets from outer space.

DeleteIdk man, in the heat of the moment, Nash was fully concentrated on passing the ball and not losing, so Kuroko could of had time to slip in through this moment of heat and steal the ball, since Nash probably would of lost track of Kuroko since his misdirection and all, because it shows complete shock on his face in the panel Kuroko stole it, implying he forgot about Kuroko like everyone else every time its super a close game. In that situation, it was possible.
DeleteNash was to focused on passing and he said he can predict the future of anything he can see, now considering how kuroko presence STILL vanished in normal games with kagami and avergae players, I wasnt surprised that he could steal that considering 2 players on the court was in zone and everyone gained a power that had the presence Far greater then the Generations of miracles.

DeleteHe will only be able to open true zone if he already had that trust, which can only be gained through working alongside one another for a long time. Kagami was only able to practice with them for 1 week, so he won't be able to open it with them.

Dude, they could BARELY keep up with TWO ZONERS...Jabberwock is just thst strong...and Midorima could most likely shoot faster in the Zone, since it takes a lot of tine for him to shoot full-court...but, yeah, right now he is the weakest of the five

DeleteThe true form of the zone can only be achieved with 100% teammate chemistry being everyone on the court trusts each other to make the right plays flawlessly. However, the Generation of Miracles don't really have that with each other and especially not with Kagami even if Kuroko is helping in facilitating that chemistry. You can't really expect that to happen with Aomine on the team along with Kagami, lol.
DeleteI'm glad to say it ended, but I feel like it was rushed into one last chapter. Also, I really thought they were going to go with the idea of Kuroko and Akashi together to take down the Belial Eye since Kuroko has his Quasi Emperor Eye, but they pulled out another theory that Akashi has to just become one entity...like really? I'm sorry, but I see BS when it's rushed. Lastly, the last lob was great, but two people dunking it, haha interesting idea, yet I thought they were going to try something like either Kagami or Aomine would go for it and then get blocked by Nash during his dunk that he would have to change it into a tap lob pass (most likely Kagami, since he can pass better overall especially mid-air) to the other dunker. That would have been an amazing last play.
ReplyDeleteI actually was expecting to Akashi to "fuse" his 2 personalities.. but I was also expecting to Kuroko to use his FREAKING QUASI EMPEROR EYE!! AND YEAH!! this chapter felt like it rushed.. I mean... what the hell with Jabberwock at the end??? they where supposed to apologie with the entire country.. and also... I think Kagami should be the one dunkin.. dont get me wrong. i kind of like Aomine.. but this show is supposed to be for Kuroko as main protagonist and Kagami as second.. then the GoMs.. but oh.. well... :/
DeleteI know right? I really would had wanted to see the quasi eye. Quasi means "As if" being Kuroko's style of an emperor eye which should be able to counter any emperor eye or any abilities similar to the emperor eye. Also, I thought they would had gone with the this route since this anime followed the typical anime logic of friendship = winning well in this case being trusting your teammates = winning. Yet, they decided to go with OP logic and made Akashi more OP than he already is, haha. Again, they should had gone with the power of friendship logic since I wanted to see Kuroko shine in his Quasi Emperor Eye against the almighty Emperor eye.

DeleteI think that one minor change will make everything better. They can keep the part where Akashi fuses as 1 becuz that's freakin awsome, but they can also add that Akashi already knows Kuroko is behind him, and he PURPOSELY team up with Kuroko, one using Complete Emperor eye, one using Quasi-emperor eye (like back in the Serin - Rakuzan match) to pass the ball to Kuroko, and so on and so forth. I think that will be much more neat, acheiving both OP and teamwork plot!

Am i the only one that felt that this chapter was really rushed up?? At least I expected two things that become true XD : Akashi fusing his two personalities and Nash telling the classic "you are XXX years before beating us" :/ but then.. what da hell?? wasn´t Jabberwock supposed to apologize to Japan an the rest of the world too?? it was like "ohhh final dunk!.... end" but anyways.. good game . Probably in the movie they are going to add those missing details, just like they did in the anime in the last chapter... I HOPE---

ReplyDeleteMore than a story, Extra Game seems to exist only to develop characters more, and it does it really well. The Miragen play again, Kise enters the zone, AoKi get along, Murasakibara finally enjoys basketball, everyone stops hating Akashi, and most importantly, Oreshi and Bokushi merge.
ReplyDeleteIt seemed like everyone forgot the existence of Bokushi was a BAD thing, since he represented the turmoil in Akashi's mind. KuroBas might have ended with Oreshi appearing, but Bokushi was still THERE, so Akashi's arc felt incomplete.
The Berlial Eye is simply a mix of (Bokushi's) Emperor Eye + (Oreshi's) good point guard skills. So why would Kuroko (who is not a point guard) be able to make a difference with Quasi-Emperor Eyes? Fujimaki designed the players in Jabberwock based on the role they would play.
What I wonder is, does the new Akashi have two gold eyes? Since he permanently has the Emperor Eye now...

ReplyDeleteNot disappointing. But i think that the end was rushed. What about the special abilities of the other Jabberwock players?? Since it's said that they have the same talent as the GMs, I think it would have been more interesting if JWk also had a kind of deadly 3-pt shooter or if any of these players entered the zone. Midorima would have to improve too, and kuroko would have used his vanishing drive or quasi- emperor eye.

ReplyDeleteSo now if seirin were to compete with the schools with generation of miracles esp kaijo and rakuzan now, seirin would most likely lose.. kagami n kuroko weren't able to stop kise before lest alone now and they barely counter akashi's emperor eye during winter cup, now that the eye is complete plus zone, akashi is basically unstoppable now. And kuroko's misdirection and phantom shoot ain't gna work again against kise n akashi omgoshhh it KnB continues its series it's v hard to imagine how the battles will turn out hahaha
