Team Vorpal Swords is a street ball team composed of the Generation of Miracles, Kagami and Kuroko. The team was formed when a furious Kagetora proposed a revenge match to Jabberwock who accepted the challenge. This newly-assembled team is no doubt considered "The Dream Team".

Ohhh what an amazing touch to Akashi's character. I think the author made him Chimeric. He has Chimerism, a condition where an organism carries two distinct sets of DNA. That probably explains the eye colors and the "two" Akashi. Amazing series. Probably better that Slam Dunk(no offense Rukawa!).
